I request you to carry out inspection and repair of the product on board.
I request a price offer for the defected product/system.
I request maintenance for my system/product.
I will send my failed system/product by courier, I request you to provide offer for the repair.
I request my system/device to be repaired.

Send my product by courier by as reverse charge(I will carry out the installation myself)
Deliver my product in working condition by installing.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND PRODUCT REPAIR AGREEMENT

  1. The replacement or the repair of non-guaranteed defected products is done after customer confirmation by sending the payment receipt.
  2. The quotation will be prepared after inspection for service required product. The additional failures that may occur during the service will be invoiced after customer approval.
  3. Our service/hour price is 65 Euro for the on site
  4. Repair process of failed product will be start after your confirmation of our quotation by e-mail or fax.
  5. Our customers will be completely responsible from the courier and packing process of the send failed device.
  6. Product delivery is done with “Technical Service Form”. Replacement of new products is guaranteed by the manufacturer
  7. V.A.T is not included in our prices.
